Rhubarb pie:
1 stalk of rhubarb
1 1/3 cups sugar
6 tablespoons flour
1 tbsp butter
2 pie crusts

Place on the bottom oven shelf. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees then 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Steve's GIANT rhubarb makes really good pie....yum!
