Erin got me these sweet new shades from new york...arent they sexy?!? I spent the day saturday with her out on her boat...i got really sun burned!

The other night when I was laying in bed I saw a commercial for Red Lobster, they were having a special of 1/2 pound of crab legs, a lobster tail, shrimp, scallops, corn and potatoes....soooo i talked lance into getting it with me, yummy!!! This was Lance's first experience with crab and lobster...i think he is a fan!!

Lance came down to visit me this past week and we went to the Incubus concert at DTE. We had so much fun!!! Come back soon Lance!!!
There were plenty of "rock hands" to go around....Piper would have fit right in..ha!!!

Smokes spent the entire day enjoying his window seat. He loves to watch the cars go by and obviously is not afraid of being seen by the apartment management. Lets hope I dont have a pet fee coming my way...im not too worried, I think they have bigger problems to worry about like fixing my freezer!!

today i didnt have to work so i cooked all day. i am sooooo sick of fast food, so finally i got down to business and played "susie homemaker". i made tuna noodle casserole, 3 pizza casseroles and enough taco soup to feed the entire country of mexico. Oh yeah I made fish sticks for lunch. now i can't wait for dinner!!! This is the first time i have actually made something that didnt come from a box.

This year I was actually able to attend Lance's Birthday Bash on the 4th of July. It was so much fun! A bunch of his friends came and his dad went all out for it. We had a kids pool for the beer and I think the fireworks his dad lit off were better than most city fireworks!!

Here is the grand finale, he glued a bunch of stuff together and tied together the fuses.
We went to Mackinaw Island too. We planned on staying just for the day, however we got this great idea to stay the night and visit the bars....it was so fun!!! Two of lance's friends came and so did his sister.
We had to sleep in our clothes because we didnt bring anything for spending the night. We were cheap and got a single bed in the room, so Lance, me and Alexa slept next to eachother on the floor...I will never forget it!
