Smokes wanted to be the devil for Halloween...isnt he scarrrrrrrry!! I think he looks more like a man wearing a t shirt myself. This costume is supposed to fit a small dog and as you can see Smokes is bustin out at the seams...ugh my cat is bigger than a dog ahhh! Happy Halloween!!!!!
