ahhh its snowing for real this time!! Mom and Dad I think you should glue yourselves to Hapuna Beach for a while. Soak up some rays for me and bring the sun with you when you come home!! Getting excited for Chirstmas!!!! Jayme I thought you might be missing the snow too...so here you go!!

Ready for Christmas

Here is a picture of Lance and I at his family thanksgiving...We went to his aunt and uncle's house in Birmingham and it was a lot of fun! I missed our family a ton though!!!!!
Smokes got a new outfit for Christmas! I think he is really getting excited to see everyone!!!

Thankful for the Super Dome

Today I am thankful for the "Super Dome" litter box. Since investing in it a few months ago, Smokes has been able to keep all of the litter inside the box. Only problem with it is that Smokes is too big for it and when he poops his head hangs out the "front door". I realize that not everyone wants to see my cat pooping, but look at that face.....he is really enjoying it! Hope everyone is having a good day!!!!

Thankful for Lance!

Today I am thankful for Lance. He is my best friend and I don't know what I would do without him. I am so lucky to have found such a loving and caring person. He gives me something to look forward to everyday. He has been such an encourager to me for the past 4 years and I can't wait for the day that we are both RNs taking care of the world together!!!! I miss you buddy!!!!!

First Snow!

Mom and Dad here is what you are missing in lovely Michigan. Went up North this weekend to see Lance and it was snowing. Notice how the leaves are all off the trees...ugh Winter is here!!!!

Biggest Perch Ever!

This weekend while I was visiting Lance his step dad went Perch fishing and came home with these bad boys. Dad I thought you might like to see them, arent they huge?!? He said he catches them right up until it snows on Mullet Lake. Ugh....this got me itching to fire up Big Tonto!!!! I look so funny in the picture because the fish were still alive and were flapping all over....poor things if they werent so good to eat it would be catch and release!!!!

Smokes!

Today I am thankful for Smokes. I know I post pictures of him everyday, but look at him....he looks so cozy in my bed. I am sure he laid there all day (its 9:20 pm). Anywhoooooo.....have a good night I'm off to join Smokes!!!!

Computers

Today I am thankful for my computer. I never thought I would say this because it is full of viruses and is slower than a snail, but I am glad that I have it. I use my computer so much....how else would I do all this blogging?!? So no matter how slow and pathetic your computers are....be thankful you have them!!!

All things warm and fuzzy!

Today I am thankful for all things warm and fuzzy. I have been having a sore back lately so after my clinical today I put on my sweats, $4.00 Wal Mart slippers, fleece blanket, grabbed Smokes and crawled into bed for a little while.....it was great!!! Afterall, snowflakes were falling today..ahhh!!!

My slippers are so fuzzy that Smokes thinks I got him a friend. These "kitties" move even less than he does!!!

Thankful for knees!

Today I am thankful that Dad's knees are better. I can remember when he could hardly walk in from the barn and now he is digging pools and building gigantic homes...nice work dad! I am so glad he got asked to work in Hawaii, i never realized how much I loved being around our family until everyone moved away. I am sooooo excited for the entire family to be together soon!!!!

I too have been inspired by Emily and will try to post daily during the month of November on the things I am thankful for. Tonight I am thankful for my bed...after a 14 hour day at work I think my bed is lookin mighty fine! I would dare to bet that my bed is more comfortable than yours....just look at it!!!
