I bought an inversion table yesterday. It feels SOOO good on my back. Lance likes it too. It takes up a bit of space in my small apartment, but I am so excited to have one. I have been wanting one for a long time. Check it out.....
Now I can have traction any time I want.

oh man! a friend of mine in high school had one of these at his house...i remember it being pretty fun to play on. hope your back is getting better!
